“The tour with the most beautiful scenery that we booked during our stay in Brasov. We climbed up the Carpathian Mountains on the beautiful Transfăgărășan road. The view from Balea lake was spectacular and our guide Kartsi was affable and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed ourselves despite quite a bit of stair climbing in Poienari Fortress, although on our way down seeing the faces of the people climbing up was amusing :- . We can't thank Kartsi enough as he took our pictures and was helpful with every question or need we had. I highly recommend this tour.”

Also, our guide Gabriel is a literal Wikipedia of knowledge and not just about the castles. His knowledge of the country and area was such an educational experience for us and was also a highlight. The only negative was road construction on the only road from Peles to Bran and those 30 miles took us 3 hours. As a result we had to skip the portion that went to Brasov which was unfortunate.
